Shed Tours

As last year, the Shed Tours have been scheduled to coincide with GCR Galas

The timetable for 2025 is as follows:-

January  25th & 26th, Winter Steam Gala

March 1st & 2nd, Spring Gala

April 19th & 20th, Road/Rail Steam

May 31st & June 1st, 1940's Gala

June 21st & 22nd, "Sir Lamiel" centenary weekend

August 16th & 17th, Railways at Work

September 20th & 21st, Beer, Cider & Gin Festival

October 4th & 5th, Autumn Steam Gala

November 15th & 16th, Last Hurrah Gala

The first tour of the day is at 10:30 and the last starts at 15:30.

The tour gives you a chance to see restoration, overhaul and repair work in progress and hear about the place of 'Boscastle' in the story of the Great Central Railway. There is no charge for tours, but a donation on the day towards the overhaul of 'Boscastle' would be appreciated.
